increase in content for FC6 release notes

In the last few weeks we have been getting a significant amount of new
content into the release notes.  Be aware this means more new content to
translate before FC6.

We are going to drop the POT files on time, according to the schedule:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DocsProject/Schedule#relnotes-schedule

The POT file is going to be available on 24 Sep. at 23:59 UTC.  If it is
available any earlier, an announcement will go out.
