Automerge .po files with .pot files !

This why some people, long before this discussion, suggested a
per-language checkout model instead of receiveing the whole tree, it
would be beneficial for many reasons.

That said, there is an old update script from the Ukranian team that
does this [1], which I've updated for FC6, but it's an ugly hack at
best and not a long-term solution by any means. I'm happy to share it
if someone wants it though.

Also, browsing the translation repository a la Miloslav's old website
[2] would be a big plus. I certainly don't need all 70+ languages in
my tree, but could benefit from peeking into Croatian, Macedonian,
etc. from time to time through a simple and accessible web interface.
