Release Notes goof

Apparently there was a validation error in one of the en_US XML files
for the Docs release-notes module, F-8 branch.  When I fixed it, it
perturbed a few of the strings.  Therefore, we will wait another week to
roll a new package update, to give translators time to look at the
changes and correct them.  The problem may be constrained to just a
handful of strings.  I apologize for the inconvenience!
