Those modules moved, along with others, to hosted.fedoraproject.org.
You can get to them through:
http://translate.fedoraproject.org.
Details on getting your Fedora Account (if you don't have one) are at:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N/Join.
Once you have requested the group 'cvsl10n', one of us will sponsor you
and you can start translating (again) shortly after.
