Name for our domain

We can save l10n.fp.o for that whole spectra idea.

Since this current website is focused on translations (tools,
statistics, etc.), it seems safe to call it translate.fp.o.  Think of it
as a subset of l10n.fp.o?

Does every country use "red, yellow, green" for traffic lights?

Personally, I've always wondered why car taillights are red instead of
green.   "Green" == driving without breaking; change to "red" == I'm
braking, watch out!
