ChangeLog is:

Version 1.3 : 2007/06/13
- Bug fix: I'm not sure previous bug was fixed
- Add -a option to connect to cvs as anonymous user
- Add -u option to connect to cvs as identified user
- Add -s option to use 'ssh-agent'
- Help is now localizable
