Basically, one can go to the admin page of the list (this one is for trans-list):

  https://www.redhat.com/mailman/admin/fedora-trans-list

and at the bottom of the page the list admin emails are listed. He could send an
email to these email addresses requesting them to login to the admin panel and
at the "Privacy" -> "Sender filter" section, add bugzilla at redhat.com in the
accept_these_nonmembers box.

$me feels that all these info should be put on our wiki pages instead of getting
lost in the mailing list archives... :/
