Removing two docs module from 'translate' folder

hi Team

following _docs_ modules are removed from i18n.redhat.com ( from 
'translate'):

----
install-guide
release-notes
----

What does it effect:
1. 'translate' folder has missing those to folder missing with cvs up
2. If anybody working on these files, please send those files to me
to update in cvs (if you have not fedoraproject.org account)


why:
for documentation, we are going to use fedoraproject.org server
as Dimitris Glezos mention in previous mail.
