Error on trying to commit

Hello,
I just wanted to commit my de.po of summary; but It doesn't work!
I got the following message:
$ cvs commit -m '' de.po
Enter passphrase for key '/home/michi/.ssh/id_dsa': 
cvs server: Up-to-date check failed for `de.po'
cvs [server aborted]: correct above errors first!

I've put the file onto my server, you'll get it here:

I hope you can upload it correctly before the translation freeze.
