fedora 9 preview release notes - po files due

Sorry,

I got this wrong, PO files were due 2008-04-01...the RPM is due UTC
2359 2008-04-01 (today).

Thanks for everyones hard work. Don't worry if translations are not
complete yet, as this is just a preview release for early exposure.
