I don't know that I've ever seen a better summary about how the Steering
Committees work.  You don't need any magical superpowers to work on
FLSCo and help make decisions, just the ability to listen, discuss an
issue, and take the work of your fellow translators into consideration.
And I think the fact that we're all working in Fedora shows any of us is
capable of that. :-)
