elvis CVS guru help needed for file renaming

Hi,

We have to switch the name of one of our locales from sr at Latn to
sr at latin to match glibc and I have managed to do it for a large number
of modules on elvis, but there are still quite a few that won't budge.

Chester Cheng tried to do it for us as requested in [1] but with no success.

Are there any other CVS gurus lurking on this list? I remember Bill
Nottingham helped solve some CVS issues before...

Please, we'd really love to have this over with for F9.
