Italian language maintainers and coordinators

Hallo all

I would tell to the group that me, Francesco Tombolini with Giuseppe
Pignataro, would become language maintainers and coordinators for the
italian team.

I am in the project since 2005 while Giuseppe is an experienced user
that was involved in kde translation and other projects.

We have just updated the http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N/Teams and
started some activity to put the things together.
