fedora 9 release notes: de.po is not valid

Hello!

I tried to run "make validate-xml", and got the following errors:

cp -u /home/murray/svn/release-notes-devel/docs-common/common/entities/entities-de.ent
de/fdp-entities.ent
xmllint --noout --xinclude --postvalid de/RELEASE-NOTES.xml
warning: failed to load external entity "de/_extrainfo.xml"
Desktop.xml:75: element para: validity error : Element Package is not
declared in para list of possible children
Desktop.xml:75: element Package: validity error : No declaration for
element Package
Document de/RELEASE-NOTES.xml does not validate
make: *** [validate-xml-de] Error 3

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I had a look in de.po, but could
not find anything obvious. For "#: en_US/Desktop.xml:65(para)", it
seemed that the <systemitem> tags were missing a " " ", when compared
to the other ones. I changed it to be consistent with the other
<systemitem> tags, but it caused more errors.

Since I have no idea what I'm doing, I didn't want to break anything.
If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time!
Kind Regards,

Murray.
