Release Notes PO update

Not sure how it works, so just to confirm.
The Italian translator had not submitted his file for few days but 
submitted last night, probably this might be the reason of missing strings.
He has downloaded PO file from DL this morning (09:00am BNE time) and 
started working. This file was 88% (931/88/37) completion when 
downloaded. He will submit his translated file this evening.
I believe that everything should be fine.
