no, no, I am wrong.
These are different package.
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/gnome-packagekit
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/packagekit

The latter is not translatable at gnome, and see;
http://www.packagekit.org/pk-faq.html#translation

This package po files is downloadable via DL, and is submitable via TX.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
