Maybe not the language coordinator but a separate e-mail address, default is
language coordinator. Reason being:

1) Some groups may have dedicated list for commits, notifications, etc. or they
may want to track activity in public.

2) On languages with high activity the coordinator's inbox will be overwhelmed
with many commit messages and he may want them to go to a separate list.
