Updated Fedora 13 Schedules

I have updated the schedules based on our meeting on 2009-12-22.  Let me 
know if there are any parts of it that still need to be adjusted by 
telling me the task number and schedule you are referring to.

I created the regular version and a slimmed down version that removes 
some of the sub-headings and phase information.  Please tell me if you 
would prefer this to be the default format going forward.
