w00t! I'm not sure how I missed this but it's good news ... or not so new  :)

I must have gotten confused when I talked to Asgerr about getting the publican 
Users Guide in to transifex a while back. I'll buy him a beer and get it sorted!

Ah well that is not so big for me, worst case scenario is people can use the 
crappy stats publican spits out.
