I think you must have downloaded that copy of pl.po before Transifex 
synchronised it against the .pot file.

Transifex now reports 163/15/6 for Polish, which I have confirmed in 
both gtranslator and Lokalize. If you download a fresh copy of pl.po 
everything is fine now.
