GPG key making backup error

hi,
when I try to make a backup for the GPG key I do all the steps till I reach saving the file .asc it gives me this message

<big><b>Couldn't export key.</b></big>

General error

what's the solution ?

note: I've send this message before but I had  a mistake that I wrote "GPG key exporting error"
