Tom,

Looking at the .po file itself, and the error message, the .po file has

msgid "<title>Collaborative Code Review</title>"
msgstr "ååŒä»£ç è¯„å®¡"


Probably it should be

msgid "<title>Collaborative Code Review</title>"
msgstr "<title>ååŒä»£ç è¯„å®¡</title>"

I don't know what it looks like in Transifex

Is there anything I can do?  I have checked the po document of zh_TW
and zh_CN but poedit can compile it without problem.
