[Fedora-trans-ru] Man pages from Russian into Uzbek?

Hi, everybody! Could you please help me! I(and I have a team, we want really
do it) want to translate man-pages from English or Russian into Uzbek! I
heard that there are no po files in manpages. Could you please write me how
to translate the individual man pages, and assemble and publish a similar
tarball ! Excuse me, for taking your time! Thank you.
