	Tracker bugs of that size aren't generally needed, with the way that
Bugzilla works. At least, on bugzilla.mozilla.org, we've found that
tracking bugs cause chaos.

	What people are trying to accomplish with tracker bugs like that is to
organize a buglist. That's the whole reason Bugzilla has fields -- to
organize bug lists. Having to use a tracker bug usually means that some
other feature of Bugzilla is not being fully used.

	However:

	That is a great idea.
