It happens VERY often that when I set a ticket to "NEEDINFO" the reporter doesn't respond. Imho this a waste of time for us, and these tickets won't be closed anyways. Anyway, I will talk with Dave Lawrence tomorrow about getting this implemented. However, there might for some reason, be a bug that was set NEDDINFO by an engineer, who does not want it to expire. Also, if we auto-expire anything NEEDINFO, many people might use it as a crutch and decide to ignore things, except now, they WILL go away. Thats a dangerous game to play. I will talk to Jeff Needle and Dave Lawrence tomorrow about possibly implementing something like this.
