This bug is repeated in Fedora 8 x86_64.

kernel-2.6.24.4-64
alsa-lib-1.0.15-1
alsa-utils-1.0.15-1

The problem seems to be only in "system-config-soundcard", because other 
programs show right info.

This is my /proc/asound/cards:
" 0 [Audigy2        ]: Audigy2 - Audigy 4 [SB0610]
