The vsftpd stop command currently works as it should and all children are killed
when 'service vsftpd stop' command is issued. Closing as CURRENTRELEASE. If this
issue exists in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, please clone this bug or open a new
one against the correct version (4 and/or 5). Thank you.
