[root at localhost ~]# tcpdump -ieth1 -s0 -U -w ipp.pcap tcp port ipp
tcpdump: listening on eth1, link-type EN10MB (Ethernet), capture size 65535
bytes
14 packets captured
14 packets received by filter
0 packets dropped by kernel
[root at localhost ~]# less ipp.pcap 
"ipp.pcap" may be a binary file.  See it anyway? 
[root at localhost ~]#
