Still broken as of F8 (contrary to popular opinion). See bug #397141. The
easiest way to trigger this bug, assuming one is using a drive vulnerable to the
bug, seems to be to burn a CD _without_ using either DAO or padding. Using
wodim in the simplest possible way achieves this, for example when burning a
CD-RW use
wodim dev=/dev/cdrom blank=fast foo.iso
then try to read the ISO off the disc using the rawread script. It should fail
a few dozen kB from the end.
