Issue still applies to current "rawhide". For a user it's far from
obvious that installing an additional package will resolve this fairly
basic issue. Either the "resize" plugin should then be moved to the
compiz base package or compiz-fusion needs to be added to comps.xml.
Apart from this aspect, the plugin works correctly, even though the
tooltip looks quite different from the standard one.
