GPL references still missing in FC8.  Two of the afms and pfbs have a reference
to "the file COPYING".  The two pfbs have in addition an important *exception*
to the GPL conditions:

As a special exception, permission is granted to include this font program in a
Postscript or PDF file that consists of a document that contains text to be
displayed or printed using this font, regardless of the conditions or license
applying to the document itself.

This Notice was inserted by the Copyright owner (URW) and should presumably be
in *all* the pfbs.
