Is anyone using the PowerPC port anymore? Is anyone using Fedora on Apple
laptops? This bug was reported, with a solution in 2004. Since then, the
solution has been changed to address concerns voiced in the comments above.
Until this is fixed, GNOME is difficult to use on Apple laptops without
plugging in an external, multi-button mouse.
