Confirmed fixed in "setup-2.6.14-1.fc9.noarch" on Fedora release 9 (Sulphur) :

 [root at pavilion ~]# grep -i sunrpc /etc/services 
 sunrpc          111/tcp         portmapper rpcbind      # RPC 4.0 portmapper TCP
 sunrpc          111/udp         portmapper rpcbind      # RPC 4.0 portmapper UDP
 [root at pavilion ~]# rpm -qf /etc/services
 setup-2.6.14-1.fc9.noarch
 [root at pavilion ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release 
 Fedora release 9 (Sulphur)
