This problem has returned recently so I'm requesting that this bug is bumped to
Fedora 8.

The only sound input I can hear is the built-in microphone.

Everything worked even after hibernate until I recently re-installed from the
Fedora 8 KDE cd and updated.

I've removed the pulseaudio RPMs due to other sound problems, if that helps.

As far as I know the "Texas Instruments PCI4451 PC card Cardbus Controller"
works "out of the box" but I can't update it even with my admin password - I've
updated the others.
