Okay, the OK button is now clickable, but I did what you suggested, opened the
edit connections, selected Wireless, selected the AP, clicked edit, unclicked
Connect Automatically and then hit OK and something crashed.

I'll try to get a backtrace, but what debug packages do I need to install?
