The bug is still there in Fedora 9, both in the i386 and x86_64 versions.
Whichever operation involving the mouses on one of the menus freezes emacs if
tpu
emulation is activated. Any chance it will be fixed before I retire? Bugzilla
is pretty useless if bugs can stay there for ages with no feedback, propagating
themselves from one version to another....
