I'm seeing this a lot post thaw/resume. It picks up the old time and the ticket
ends up with the time that's too skewed to be useful.

Maybe the tool should check if ntpd is configured on the box and if it is wait
until the time is synced from the server before renewing? Also, clock script 
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/90clock has a delay of 20 seconds (for the network to
come up). Maybe this tool should have a longer delay on thaw/resume to allow
for all this to happen?
