Still present in fedora 11. ie, if I use system-config-network to add a domain
to the search list, on restarting the network something (dhclient?) removes it
from /etc/resolv.conf (doesn't carry it over (from
/etc/sysconfig/networking/profiles/default/resolv.conf?))

Component changed to dhcp in the hope that that's the right one.
