Same here: kernel upgrade results in " grubby fatal error: unable to find a
suitable template".

initrd is created, but grub.conf is not changed. After changing grub.conf by
hand, the system can reliably boot the new kernel.

Like the previous comments: root filesystem is btrfs.

This f11 installation is a virtual kvm based installation. For interrested
people who want to reproduce this I could download the ~ 2GB image somewehere.
