I would forward this statement to Jeremy Fitzhardinge ;)

In fact, i believe xenified or pvops kernel is required to support Dom0 .
1. Pvops 2.6.31.6 kernel may be built via Jeremy's Git Repo or attempt to install prebuilt
rpms by Michael Young ( they never worked for me)

Checkout and build pvops kernel:-

# git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git linux-2.6-xen
# cd linux-2.6-xen
# make menuconfig ( setup Xen Dom0 support)
# make -j(x)(number_of_kernels)
# make modules_install install

2. OpenSuse rebased patches (Andy Lyon) work pretty good with 2.6.31.8
and allow to build xenified aka Suse kernel. It's coming from Jan Beulich.

But, in both cases clear understanding of actions in "make menuconfig" ( different for pvops kernel
and xenified kernel ) is a must.

Boris.

Alternatively, try building your kernel with Xen from upstream
sources

virt-top is 'top' for virtual machines. Tiny program with many
powerful monitoring features, net stats, disk stats, logging, etc.
