hostdev was only added to libvirt recently -- earlier this month -- so
my best guess is that you need a newer version of libvirt.  Get it
from Fedora updates or Koji.

virt-df lists disk usage of guests without needing to install any
software inside the virtual machine.  Supports Linux and Windows.
