They are indeed missing seabios.  I am working on getting it packaged now.
In the meantime you can always:

git clone git://git.linuxtogo.org/home/kevin/seabios.git
cd seabios
make
sudo cp out/bios.bin /usr/share/qemu/bios.bin

And things will work again.
