CLA for Wiki contributions

If there's a way to do some hacking around in the wiki, we may be able to
make it so that the 'EditGroup' page is automatically generated from the
Fedora Account System. I think the main missing piece is a way to
translate between usernames/e-mails and WikiNames. Any ideas on that?
