fp:ChitleshGoorah protocol not supported

Hello,

On Kubuntu, if you type "ubw:ChitleshGoorah", for example, on
Konqueror, Konqueror will open my wiki page on the
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/.

Do we have a similar protocol on Fedora Core ?
i did fp:ChitleshGoorah
I got Protocol not supported.

ps: I don't have a wiki page on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ .
