webmaster at fp.o is back in business

Thanks to Mike, our webmaster at fedoraproject.org is now working again.

In the past, the mail was going to OTRS, but now it's been re-routed
to our mailing list.

This means, we need a few dedicated volunteer moderators for
fedora-websites-list.
