Trying to Join "Fedora Account System"

Hi, I'm trying to join the fedora account system, I managed to get a PGP key
but i'm not too sure on how to get the SSHv2 file, I'm currently using
windows, and the only linux system that I have for now is OpenSuse 10.1.
Would you be able to point me in the right direction to be able to create
the SSHv2 file
