I think each sub-project should have a place that is part of Plone, to
take advantage of the ecosystem.

There can continue to be related pages in the wiki, in the same
namespace.

Otherwise, I'm liking the idea of "community documentation" here.  The
click-through CLA is likely to open the door to more people interested
in light editing and contributing.

The best idea is to give a good, strong hierarchy/structure people can
hang content from.
