I don't know about it, but it certainly look better to me compared with 
the one form Planet: http://planet.fedoraproject.org/images/favicon.ico

Speaking of this, why we have both

and
http://planet.fedoraproject.org/images/favicon.ico
with the later (the worst) linked from html?
