from the banner to get-fedora page

It seems it's redundant that users need to click on "get-fedora"
anchor links from the banner then click on either "torrent", "mirror"
or "media" to get to the site.
I think we should link directly to the site from the banner.
So, following changes will be made to the links under the banner.

Get it now:

    * BitTorrent  --> http://torrent.fedoraproject.org/
    * Download Mirrors --> http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist
    * Get Media --> http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Distribution

Also, the content in "get-fedora" needs to be consistent with the
links under the banner.
