Wiki overview

The first thing users see on the wiki after "Learn more" is a short
statement on freedom, and then why we don't have MP3. I realize this is
a FAQ for users, but wouldn't it be better to have more affirmative
messages at the top, while retaining this information (if necessary)
elsewhere on the page?

And yes, it is a wiki, but the page is prominent enough that
unilaterally changing it seemed like the wrong thing to do without
bringing up the subject first. :-)
